Our Fit Fam Small Group Personal Training program combines personalized coaching with the energy of a supportive group environment. Built around a four-week progressive overload system, this program is designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and achieve lasting results.
Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, strength-based compound movements, accessory exercises for muscle development, a high-intensity superset, and a cool-down to promote recovery.
You’ll receive expert guidance on form, modifications, and weight selection, all while training alongside a community that encourages and motivates you to push past your limits.
