About Our Yoga Instructor, Keri Ann
Keri Ann offers creative, all-levels yoga flows at Hendersonville Movement that blend upbeat energy with meaningful themes like trust and joy. With over 200 hours of YTT from Asheville Yoga Center, she focuses on playful transitions and supportive exploration to help students connect with themselves on and off the mat. Her Saturday morning sessions are designed to be a fun, accessible practice where curiosity is encouraged and your first class is free.
